- The conference rooms are available by request only during library business hours. Reservations may be made in advance by calling the front desk at (408)299-3568 or by emailing email@example.com.
- Payment is to be made at the front desk before gaining room access. Cash or check will be accepted by library members. Non-members may pay with a business check, but personal checks will not be accepted without an established library account. Credit card payment is also available, but will include a 2.7% fee per credit card swipe.
- Rental rates for the small, first floor conference room are $10 per hour or any portion thereof.
- Rental rates for the large, 2nd floor conference room are $35 per hour or any portion thereof, or $160 per day.
